PE Composite Geomembrane

Two types of PE composite geomembranes are available:

• Geocomposite that consists of two polyester nonwoven geotextiles bonded to both sides of a polyethylene geomembrane.
• Woven geotextile reinforcement made of HDPE filaments is laminated with LDPE film coating on both sides.

PE Composite Geomembrane Applications

• Canal lining
• Temporary covering of soil banks, controlled landfills and small waterproofing applications.

Composite Waterproofing PVC Membranes

• Waterproofing composite system is designed to include, nonwoven geotextile that is electro- mechanical laminated on the bottom side of the waterproofing membrane.
• Protection against damage may occur during civil works and Separation layer between the waterproofing membrane and other main substrates such as concrete, thermal insulation or other exposed structure.

PVC Composite Geomembrane Applications

• Composite PVC Membrane: is used to prevent the ingress of water into building foundations, roofs, walls, basement of tunnels and other underground structures.

Bunker MATLINER® in Golf Courses

In the past creating Bunkers with more curves and steeper profiles meant higher maintenance costs as they were more difficult to maintain. Holding important bunker sand on steep slope is possible using Bunker MATLINER, a specially manufactured open synthetic mat which traps sand and keeps the bunker face intact.

Bunker MATLINER is a three component geosynthetic composite which contains extruded geomat filaments on the top to trap the sand and geomembrane base to contain and divert the rainwater into collection units and a geotextile to separate & protect the geomembrane from subgrade projections.

WeedLIMIT (Weed suppression Composite)

WeedLIMIT composite is made of extremely durable woven, needle-punched polypropylene substrate bonded to a nonwoven polypropylene fabric. It is resistant to rot, mold, chemicals, and micro-organisms, it allows for quick drainage while preventing soil erosion. In addition, it resists penetration by most vegetation. WeedLIMIT can withstand stress and damage both during construction and in long-term use. It is easy to install, less weight and most cost-effective alternative in a wide variety of landscaping and gardening situations.
